Originalni Razgovori 3 - More Than Just A Career Fair

For the second year in a row, L'Oréal Balkan is proud to support Novak Djokovic Foundation and attend Originalni razgovori #3, an event held in Belgrade in February 24th, to support young people in making their first steps towards building a successful career.

In this one-day event, keynote speakers Stefan Djordjevic and Lazar Dzamic shared their rich experience and knowledge about the position of young people in Serbia and the challenges they face while looking for their first full-time jobs.

During these educational lessons and the panel that followed, students were encouraged to be brave, to recognize where their true potential lies and to work hard towards achieving their goals.  
At the same time, students aged 22-33 had a chance to introduce themselves at job interviews with HR departments of famous companies, including L'Oréal. 

Although the main focus of the event was to upskill and encourage job seekers in their professional journey, the participants also had an opportunity to learn more about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. For this purpose, Experience zone, offered short workshops on stress management, a healthy diet and yoga.  

Overall, it was a great opportunity for students to hear useful advice on how to prepare better for future selection processes while getting in touch with representatives of different companies. 
We are sure that experience from this fair will benefit their future employment prospects and will give them a head start when applying to their future jobs.
