L'Oréal Australia presents the 2025 Beauty for All scholarship awards, which provides young, passionate, and aspiring beauty professionals with valuable education opportunities and a career pathway into the beauty industry. This year’s recipients have faced cultural and financial hardships, and we are proud to award such deserving students with the tools to support them accomplish their dreams. It is the entrepreneurial spirit and motivation of these individuals which makes them stand out from the crowd and is the kind of talent L'Oréal Groupe seeks to foster.

The students will be recognised at an awards ceremony taking place on Thursday 10^th April, 2025. They will each receive a scholarship that covers their full tuition expenses at Kangan Institute, one of the largest and most trusted education and training providers in Victoria.

"Despite juggling two jobs to manage student debt, my passion for beauty has remained unwavering. From recreating YouTube tutorials to learning from professionals during salon visits, I'm determined to make my mark in the beauty industry."

KAITLYN GLEN

"Through personal challenges, including a storm-damaged home and family illness, my passion for beauty therapy has become even stronger. I'm eager to turn my passion for helping others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin into a rewarding career."

MELISSA BAILEY 

"Balancing two jobs, the costs of education, and regional transportation challenges hasn't deterred my pursuit of a beauty therapy career. I'm passionate about the positive impact beauty services can have on confidence and well-being, and I'm excited to explore the many opportunities this industry offers."

OLIVIA TSIFLIDIS 

“Despite financial limitations and family responsibilities, my passion for beauty has always been a driving force. From offering makeup and hair services to friends and family to building my own lash extension business, I'm determined to turn my love for beauty into a thriving career, with the ultimate goal of pursuing dermal science.”
