L’Oréal Australia has launched their Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan
L’Oréal Groupe in Australia has continued their commitment to reconciliation through launching their Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
Since 2006, Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) have enabled organisations to sustainably and strategically take meaningful action to advance reconciliation.
Based around the core pillars of relationships, respect and opportunities, RAPs provide tangible and substantive benefits for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, increasing economic equity and supporting First Nations self-determination.
There are four RAP types: Reflect, Innovate, Stretch and Elevate. L’Oréal Australia are at the Innovate RAP stage.
This plan builds upon the work we have done as part of our Reflect RAP to foster respect, relationships and opportunities, and outlines changes we can make within our business to support improved outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
