L’Oréal Australia wins a Banksia Award
L’Oréal Australia won the Diversity category for our work on gender equality.
On Thursday 1st April, the 33rd Banksia Awards were held in Melbourne. The Banksia Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that believes in the power of social and environment impact through community engagement and sustainable businesses practices.
The awards recognise sustainability excellence, showcasing changemakers that inspire and enable innovation across Australia.
L’Oréal Australia won the Diversity category for our work on gender equality. In 2014 our then HR Director, Amber Kristof, posed the question “where are all of our talented females going?”. We were recognised by the judges for the changes we have implemented since this time to support women by providing equal opportunities and rewards.
