L’Oréal Australia is proudly accredited by the Family Friendly Workplace program

In May 2022, L’Oréal Australia became accredited through the Family Friendly Workplace program. The Family Friendly Workplaces certification is a joint initiative led by UNICEF Australia and Parents At Work. It was launched in May 2021 and L’Oréal Australia is one of the first 70 employers to be certified in Australia. 

In response to the results of the National Working Families Report, the National Work + Family Standards were developed to help educate employers and to provide a framework for a family friendly culture. Employers are now able to become certified against these standards to highlight their work in the categories of Family Care, Family Wellbeing, Flexible Work and Parental Leave. 

Every family has their own unique circumstances and make up, and we will strive to continue supporting all of our working families to combine their work and family life commitments.
