L’Oréal For Youth Program Launch

Our dedicated Talent Acquisition Team has partnered with Youth Projects for the charity’s premier Youth Discovery Day! Youth Projects is an independent, registered charity which provides front line support to young people experiencing disadvantage, unemployment, homelessness, alcohol, and other drug related issues. 100% committed to breaking the cycle of disadvantage, Youth Projects also provides valuable assistance for those looking to re-engage with critical learning initiatives, and eventual employment. 

During the day, attendees had the opportunity to engage with multiple L’Oréal Group employees in Australia and learn more about specific departments within the local Groupe. The Discovery Day was filled with fun activities that provided invaluable insights into Interview Coaching, and L’Oréal Groupe’s 100+ years expertise with Hair, Makeup, and Skincare.

Ongoing, beyond the successful Discovery Day, L'Oréal Groupe employees in Australia have an opportunity to enter an informal partnership to mentor a disadvantaged young person to substantially improve their career outlook. The facilitation of these mentorships creates aspirations and motivations for young people to dream bigger – to reach for the stars and explore the option of working in a professional environment.
