You are hereby informed that said social networks are platforms owned by third-parties and, accordingly, the circulation and use of User Content via said social networks shall be governed by the terms of use defined by said third parties. Therefore We shall not be held responsible for any use of the content by Us or any third parties in accordance with the terms of use defined by the social networks, including without limitation, in terms of the scope and duration of licensed rights, and removal of Content.  You shall be responsible for handling any third-party claims relating to the use of the Content in accordance with the terms of use defined by the social networks.

In addition, We hereby remind you that any Content may be referenced on a search engine and therefore to be accessed by an audience outside the Website.

You grant to L’Oréal SA (incorporated under the Laws of France under the number 632 012 100, with a registered address at 14 rue Royale 75008 Paris (“L’Oréal Group”) and its affiliates and/or related entities (collectively “L’Oréal Group”) a worldwide,  royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable right to use, reproduce, exploit, represent, adapt and/or modify your video(s), photo(s), text(s) and/or other content posted to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or other social media together with your social media handle, social media user name, profile picture, caption and location information you may have included in your content (“User Content”) that you have tagged with any of the above Mentions in any media, including but not limited to on L’Oréal Group’s webpages and social media pages, newsletters, retailer sites, third party sites, prints, stores for its marketing and/or its advertising by any current or future means and processes, such as loading, display, execution, transmission or storage operations, on any website, extranet, platform or other.  You also grant use of your video(s) and photo(s) for use internally as part of L’Oréal Group’s Internal Communication platforms (intranet sites, presentations, physical stands or other). The rights are granted to L’Oréal Group for all types of uses, either directly or indirectly, in order to promote the company attractivity and reputation at L’Oréal Group (the “Campaign”) externally, and illustrate our culture internally.

This right to use the User Content is granted for the entire legal duration of intellectual property rights, and in particular of the copyright as defined by French and foreign laws and international conventions.

This right to use the personality rights is granted for a period of five (5) years for the same media as those detailed in the above provision.

L’Oréal Group may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit the User Content for legal and/or regulatory reasons in any way it sees fit (while maintaining the original sentiment), with no obligation to you whatsoever.
