L'Oréal Hungary was established in the country in 1994.
Today, we market more than 20 of our group’s international beauty brands, including L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline New York, Vichy, Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, Kérastase and Matrix.
Thanks to the diversity of our distribution channels (supermarkets, drug stores, pharmacies, hair salons and e-commerce) we are present all over the country, providing the best beauty products and expertise.
According to Korn Ferry’s 2018 employee satisfaction survey, we are also one of the top-ranking employers in Hungary.
At L’Oréal, we care for animal welfare and we do not test on animals. We are for beauty with no animal testing.
Since 1989, 14 years before the "EU" regulations required us to do so, we have not tested the safety of our products on animals.
Because we care about animal welfare, over 40 years ago, L’Oréal pioneered the development of human reconstructed skin that can be used to evaluate how cosmetic ingredients and products behave on human skin.
