L'Oréal India Management

Arun Saravanakumar is the Director of Supply Chain for L’Oréal India. He is responsible for driving key transformation agendas for India Operations besides taking care of Supply and Demand planning, Logistics & Physical distribution, Customer service across all business divisions and channels including Ecommerce in India. 

Arun Joined L’Oréal in 2019 to lead our factory operations based out of Pune and was instrumental in steering initiatives across our Core responsibilities, Agility, Competitiveness & Digital transformation while building strong teams around him. Under Arun’s leadership, we reached right safety standards with a distinction of winning a RoSPA Gold Award consecutively for the last 3 years. In this period, we also successfully integrated new technologies of Makeup and Skin care into India Operations and experienced important increase in local activity. Arun has passionately driven many projects under the Industry 4.0 umbrella with Connected packaging lines, skids and utilities that helped better decision making and improvement in energy and water consumption as part of L’Oréal for future. An ardent believer in the power of diversity, he has worked to create a truly diverse team with a strong talent pipeline. 

Prior to Joining L’Oréal, Arun has a rich 14 years of experience in Asian Paints where he worked across various functions including Manufacturing, Purchase, Demand, Supply and Distribution planning, & New Product Management.
