Urgent Fraud Alert: Protect Yourself from L'Oréal Impersonators

This is to notify the general public, that it has come to the attention of L’Oréal India Private Limited (hereafter referred to as L’Oréal or the company) that there are unidentified and unscrupulous person(s) targeting the general public with fraudulent schemes and scams, through unauthorized websites, mobile applications, emails, and other messaging platforms such as Whatsapp under the name and guise of L’Oréal India Private Limited and/or its brands (L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, Kerastase, Matrix, L’Oréal Professionnel and possibly others), cheating the general public and causing monetary loss through these fraudulent activities where such schemes have neither been authorized by L’Oréal or the company.

L’Oréal has taken steps to initiate strict legal actions against these activities and the persons behind these fraudulent schemes. This legal recourse is to ensure the protection of its rights and reputation as well as to avoid inconvenience and harassment of the general public. Please be cautioned against such fraudulent websites, mobile applications, emails, or WhatsApp messages promoting fraudulent opportunities under the name of L'Oréal, as L'Oréal has not authorized anyone or any organization to engage in financial transactions for any schemes promising any benefits with little risk.

L’Oréal shall bear no responsibility of any loss suffered when dealing with such unscrupulous persons/entities. L’Oréal reserves the rights to pursue all legal remedies against any person involved in any capacity in such illegal acts.
