L’Oréal Recognized as a Global Leader in Health and Safety

In 2024, L’Oréal achieved remarkable success, securing a total of 69 RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) awards across 70 sites, covering close to 46,000 employees, underscoring the Group’s dedication to creating a safe and healthy workplace.

L’Oréal continues to demonstrate its unwavering commitment to health and safety, earning prestigious recognition from RoSPA. This internationally renowned organization is dedicated to saving lives and reducing accidents through rigorous health and safety standards.

Our commitment to health and safety is a core value, integral to the Group's Purpose. This year, our efforts have been recognized with multiple accolades, of which four Sector Awards:

- in the United States, our North Little Rock plant received the Manufacturing sector award for the 5th consecutive year.

- in Brazil, our administrative site secured the Commerce/Business award for the 3rd consecutive year.

-  in Canada and Australia, two of our Fulfillment Centers respectfully achieved 2nd and 3rd place in the Transport, Storage, and Distribution category.

Additionally, our Pune factory in India received two Specialist Awards with special recognition for its fall prevention efforts, earning the “Initiative of the Year - South Asia” award for its program “Making the lives of underprivileged children safer.”
