The quality of our products: 100 systematic controls
Fulfilling our consumers’ needs and guaranteeing the performance and quality of our services worldwide are a priority for the Group and the commitment our teams make every day.
We have introduced a single, global system for product quality management which is applied at each stage from design to market distribution, including raw material and packaging sourcing, and production at our plants.
In the manufacturing phase, around 100 quality controls are conducted on any given product, from the arrival of the raw materials and packaging in our plants to the moment the products leave on their way to the consumers. During production, compliance and traceability tests and checks are conducted on samples to ensure the strict compliance of the formula for each product (microbiology and physical-chemical checks, compliance, batch number, etc.).
