Agathe Kossakowski, Human Resources Director L’Oréal Switzerland

French-Polish, Agathe Kossakowski studied at Sciences Po Paris, specializing first in political science and then in labour law and human resources as part of her Master's degree. After a first HR experience in the United States, then in France in the public and private sectors, she joined the L'Oréal group in 2009.

Initially based in Paris, she held various HR positions, both as a specialist (recruitment and learning) and as a generalist HR manager. She has held these roles in very different contexts: at the group's headquarters in Clichy, within the DMI/area team of the Professional Products Division and within the CPD France teams.

Agathe K. then joined DMI Luxury where she was HR Director for 3 years, playing a strong role in the deployment of Simplicity and the Boost up project. She then wished to gain business experience and it is in this context that she joined our subsidiary in May 2018, taking over the position of Marketing Group Manager within the Luxury Division.

Since February 2020, she has been appointed Director of Human Resources Switzerland, and also holds the position of People Partner for Luxury Goods.
