Shweta and her team at L’Oréal provided him with free access to L’Oréal Boost, a collection of business courses on Coursera, and facilitated meetings with influential figures, including Michael, the global VP at L’Oréal. They also matched Shashank with his ideal mentor, Maharshi, who provided invaluable guidance.
