Jeannie Ong was appointed as Chief Finance Officer of L’Oréal Vietnam from September 2022. Jeannie joined L’Oréal Malaysia as Corporate Business Controller from November 2014 and was subsequently promoted to LUXE Business Controller of L’Oréal Indonesia, then CPD Business Controller Director. Jeannie is known for her speed, accuracy and pro-activeness at work, strong leadership, and people development skills.
Ngoc joined L’Oréal from Lazada Logistics Vietnam, where she entered in 2020 as Vice President and Head of HR. Ngoc is passionate about young professionals; she was the Co-Founder of Vietnam Youth Forum in 2008. And from 2017 to 2019, Ngoc became the Co-Founder of Zig Zag, an online platform and mobile app for recruitment in the UK. With her skills and experiences in leading HR teams, as well with her strong commercial acumen and her focus on customers, Ngoc shall put L’Oréal Human Resources at the heart of the business and people fully at the center; to further orchestrate and lead the organizational transformation of L’Oréal Vietnam.
