Le Thi Y Nhi

Since April 2024, Nhi Le takes over the role of Commercial Excellence Director of L'Oréal Vietnam, after 4 successful years leading Dermatological Beauty Division in Vietnam Market. In the role as Commercial Excellent Director, Nhi works with the four divisions in L’Oreal Vietnam for commercial acceleration and excellence, oversees all the brands’ e-commerce platforms and partners, develops commercial tools and processes, as well as consults the divisions on the right organizational commercial structure and commercial talent development.  

Nhi obtained Master’s in Marketing, Sales and Service from CFVG – the program in partnership between University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City – UEH and IAE de Paris University Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne in 2013. Nhi is a strong and performance driven leader, highly respected by internal and external stakeholders. She has shown a lot of courage, determination, resilience, and capacity to transform organization and processes.
