Chief Communications Officer & Sustainable Development
Trinh Nguyen was appointed L’Oréal Vietnam’s Chief Communications Officer in May 2008. Reporting directly to Managing Director Benjamin Rachow, Mrs. Trinh is responsible for protecting and promoting L’Oréal’s reputation in Vietnam by increasing the visibility of its product innovations, scientific expertise, business success, leadership and social contributions. In this role she directs the company’s communications strategy, overseeing all internal and external communications functions. Trinh is Corporate Communications Office partners with the company’s 10 leading beauty brands, across all divisions, to advance the organization’s “beauty for all” mission and its 2020 global sustainability commitments known as “Sharing Beauty With All.”
Trinh joined L’Oréal Vietnam since its establishment and created the proudly community program L’Oréal Beauty for A Better Life in 2009 which has provided job accessibility to thousands of underprivileged people. Prior to joining the company, she was a Communication Manager for Tetra Pak, Marketing Manager for Singapore Tourism Board and Trade Development Manager for New Zealand Government Office.
Trinh Nguyen holds a MSc in Corporate Communication & Media Management from the University of Stirling.
